Wins Two Awards!

Short Graduation film 'Howl' has had an amazing journey; not only has it been screened twice at the BFI, but it has also been nominated for awards or been in the 'Official Selections' at The BKST Festival, The Lab Film Festival, The Portobello Film Festival, Camerimage Festival (where it was nominated for a Golden Tadpole), but it has also just won Best Screenplay and Best Horror/Thriller at the Screentest Festival 2014. Congratulations to all involved.  It was a great project to be part of.

The Man Who Tried To Steal An Island

Sarah filmed with Orangutan Productions in April in the role of Andre Gardes Mother.  Derek Jacobi stars as The Narrator.

Maths App Aged 3-5
Sarah is the voice of the 'Teacher' in this interactive App for children.  Sarah has just recorded the next app for children aged 4-6.

Currently recording 'The Singing' by Alison Croggon, having recorded the second and third books in the trilogy, 'The Riddle' and 'The Crow'  last year.

'It's A Love Thing' in which Sarah plays 'Older Jessica' has just won 'Best Family Film' at the Canada International Film Festival and an 'Indie Award of Merit' from the 'Indiefest'.

Recording 'Cross Party' with Wireless Theatre

14th September 2013

 

Sarah has just recorded radio sitcom pilot 'Cross Party' with Wireless Theatre, written by Tom and Caroyn Harris, directed by George Maddocks and produced by Mariele Runacre Temple and will be available to listen to on the Wireless website at the end of September.

Theatre 2013

 

Sarah appeared as 'Annabel' in 'A New Leaf' in June, with talented writer/director Tom Willshire of Siteline Productions. She then appeared in New Writing piece 'Man Named My Vagina' for My Lucky Mojo Productions, written and directed by the acclaimed artist Fleur Howl.  'Man Named My Vagina' examined issues women face globally in the modern age and was performed at the Etcetera Theatre.  Click here to read the review by Views from the Gods.
